At Stoov, we want you to stay warm and cozy; if your product isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Register Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Stoov

Place the product, including the battery and charger, back into its original box and ensure the package is securely sealed.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Take your package to the nearest designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
